However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at mp3tempo.us@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund for the defective item only.

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
We are not responsible for:

- Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
