Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If a product arrives defective, please reach out to us at mp3tempo.us@gmail.com within 14 days for assistance.

Please note: During new drops, restocks, or holidays, processing times may be longer due to high order volumes.
